These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LunaOS platform, website, CLI tools, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by LunaOS ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
3. Free and Paid Plans
The Service offers a free tier with limited usage (100 agent runs per month) and paid subscription plans with additional features and higher limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy.
- Free Plan: 100 runs/month, 1 workflow, community support
- Pro Plan ($29/month): Unlimited runs, custom agents, team workspaces, priority support
- Team Plan ($79/month): Everything in Pro plus RBAC, audit logs, SSO, and dedicated support
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the code, data, and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering the Service.
Our Property: The Service, including its design, code, documentation, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by LunaOS and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Open Source: Certain components of LunaOS are released under open-source licenses. Those components are governed by their respective license terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LunaOS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and sending an email to your registered address for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
